PENSACOLA COMPOUNDING versus TRADITIONAL COMPOUNDING

Clean compunds graph

Clean compounds

  • Reduced mold cleaning and maintenance
  • Higher production yields
  • Lower operating costs
  • Lower scrap rates
Viscosity control graph

Precise viscosity control

  • Less shot-to-shot variation
  • Reduced non-conforming parts with dimension control
  • Full access of molding capacity
Physical properties graph

Improved physical properties

  • Increase part strength
  • Higher safety margin in part assemblies
  • Ability for thin wall design
