Account Manager

The ideal profile of Account Mng for DACH we are looking for has experience in Technopolymers (ABS, SAN, PC, PMMA, PA, etc…) sales or business development.

Account Manager responsibilities include:


  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits;
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors;
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas;
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts);
  • Prepare reports on account status;
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory;
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed;
  • This position requires regular travel.


Logistics Manager

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to be responsible for the DACH supply chain management. 

The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and customer satisfaction.




  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
  • Selecting carriers and negotiate contracts and rates.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers
  • Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Arrange plan routes and process shipments
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements




  • Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in staff – and handle multiple projects
  • Analytical problem solving and organizational abilities.
