Customer Service Representive Belgium, NL

For our Benelux and French markets, we are looking for a customer service representative, fluent in English, French and Dutch.

We are looking for a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills who, with attention to detail, can resolve problems and provide solutions to our customers.  Responsible for processing of customer’s purchase orders and providing customer service to existing and potential custome


Main Responsibilities and Activities:


  • Timely processing of sales orders for shipment preparation
  • Timely processing of customer requirements
  • Timely processing of customer inquiries via e-mail, including delegating inquires to other CSR’s and Product management personnel
  • Process quotation, apply pricing in CRM system, label and file in appropriate electronic folder and the database
  • Process customer sample requests and forward to the Receiving Clerk for shipment preparation
  • Handle customer phone calls pertaining to placing orders, product inquiries, and general FAQ’s about the company and product
  • Handle complaints regarding pricing, delivery, quality, shipping, etc.
  • General correspondence with outside sales representatives
  • Answer incoming calls as needed
  • Provide back-up for Customer Service Reps
  • Regular and consistent attendance


Education : Bachelor optional but appreciated   ­

Languages: English, French, Dutch: fluent – spoken and written. German: optional but appreciated

Account Manager for France

The ideal profile of Account Manager for FRANCE we are looking for has experience in Technopolymers (ABS, SAN, PC, PMMA, PA, etc…) and in Commodity polymers (PE, EVA, PP, etc…) sales or business development.

Account Manager responsibilities include:


  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits;
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors;
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas;
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts);
  • Prepare reports on account status;
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory;
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed;
  • This position requires regular travel.




  • Previous experience in sales or previous experience in customer service department
  • Knowledge of films and techno polymers
  • Own a client portfolio or have built a working relationship with them
  • Residence in France (Northern part)
  • Native French speakers
